Dallas & Oceana Cowboys Football

On Saturday, November 1st, Dallas and the Oceana Cowboys football team traveled to a tournament in Grand Rapids. Last year, they came in second overall. This year, not so good. They were defeated 28-0 in their first game against the "No Fear Rampage". Considering the difference in the size and age of their team (and the fact that the Rampage felt no obligation to play "clean"), it wasn't that bad a beating.

With only one game's rest, the Cowboys took on the Raiders from Chicago. Again, another defeat - 35-0. Luckily, the Raiders didn't mind playing by the rules. But the Cowboys were outmanned and outsized. Oh well - as Dallas would say - 2 games of football is fun no matter what the outcome!

Otherwise - Dallas' regular team - the 7th Grade Shelby Tigers - went undefeated this season and were only scored on one time in the entire season - GO TIGERS!!
